Danny Norman

My Hope Radio: In three or four sentences, how would you describe your journey of faith?

Danny Norman:  I have been blessed in all the doors that God has allowed to open for me in this last year. I am so thankful for the songs that God has instilled within me to write and His awesome anointing that makes everything worth the journey.MHR: What is your favorite Scripture in the Bible?

DN: I am a pastor so the Bible in itself inspires me but if I could choose one scripture it would be Romans 12:2; And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

MHR:  What is your music background? (Who influenced you, when did you start singing, etc …)

DN: I began singing and playing music when I was eleven years old. I began playing music in my dad’s tavern at this age. When my brother was killed in 1977, I turned my life to the Lord and am now preaching and singing for the greatest cause ever.

MHR:  What specific themes do you cover in your songs? Why?

DN:  My aim is to write and sing songs that bring a message of truth and life to the hurting and the lost.

MHR:  Do you write your own songs? (If so, discuss your usual songwriting process.)

DN: My favorite part of being a musician is writing and singing my own material. There is nothing that compares to God inspiring you with something that is not your own but truly from God Himself.

MHR:  Where can we listen, purchase, and connect with you?

DN: You can connect with me through Facebook (Danny Norman) you can order CDs at pentecostalpublishing.com
